How to guess it?

With the Sydney Opera House prominently featured, it was easy to be tempted to answer Qantas. However, further down, it says that the airline flies DC-10s from Los Angeles to an unidentified country, then on to Australia. The list of "other islands of our South Pacific" says which countries the airline does NOT come from. The slogan, and the mention that Australia is the "neighbour across the Tasman Sea" of this airline's home country were the ultimate clues.
