How to guess it?
This is probably one of the hardest to guess. By a wild guess you can barely deduce it is a North American airline or for a North American market, with the 1-800 phone number. What if you looked up the toll-free airline numbers? If you really felt like doing so, you would have found that this was the airline with the number 1-800-221-2000! The slogan "First Class Service, Business Class Fare" could have helped.
