Guess The Airline - October 2006

This was one of those 50-50 games. Half the people got it right, half wrong, which is pretty good, considering there were very few clues to Guess The Airline. Once again, this advertisement had been featured in this airline's timetable for 1982. It was submitted by Robert O., an airodyssey.net visitor like you.

How to guess it?

Some participants were very clever to realize that in despite of the apparently common name, only one airline called its Full-Fare Economy Class section "Prestige Class"... on Trans-Pacific Boeing 747 routes in the 1980s. Another clever participant said that the airline advertised flights TO the United States, meaning it was NOT a U.S. carrier.
