How to guess it?

The first clue was in the first line of the text: the "British airline that has made the Orient its home." At the time this advertisement was published, this airline's country was actually a British territory, and it stayed that way until July 1, 1997. Among the other clues were the destinations mentioned as well as the fleet of TriStars. This already eliminates many major airlines. Finally, the Swire Group is a dead giveaway. Their name has been featured on this airline's fleet for so many years this author cannot find out when exactly it started!
