guess the airline!
Month-YearThis guess the airline generated numerous good answers, in despite of the extremely difficult to read text and details. Of course, the full explanation for this is provided below. This was a commercial published in a Time Asia issue of the late 1990s.

How to guess it???
First of all, my apologies for the poor quality of the image. A new version of this commercial should be released as soon as possible. Still, a lot of people managed to guess the correct answer. First of all, the continent was already very obvious: Asia. Then... there are few airlines that can really describe so proudly their frequent flyer program. Also, look at the route map carefully. Which U.S. airline would have practically an Asian hub overseas? Well, you have perhaps Continental (Guam hub, with Continental Micronesia), and of course Northwest Airlines in Tokyo/Narita. Look closer. You will find Detroit and Minneapolis. There. You've got it. It was Northwest Airlines and its WorldPerks program.
