My flight stories are famous for the amount of detail they provide. They combine a great sense of observation with a critic approach towards customer service. And they can be funny, too!
1989 - Before moving from Peru to Canada to start a new life, the Ortega Family stayed for a month in New York with family. Follow their trip, through the memories of the author, 7 years old at the time, taking his very first trip on a plane.
Part 1 - Lima to New York via Miami (Lan Chile B767)
1994-1995 - Follow the Ortega Family as they fly to home country Peru to celebrate New Year. They leave in 1994 and go back home in 1995, but with the whole trip changed. A 5-leg exciting trip, on Aeroperu, American, and Delta.
1996 - See a whole airplane trip from Montreal to Los Angeles (on Delta Air Lines and Comair) and back with Sergio Ortega and his souvenirs back when he was 14. Many details, funny stories, and quite a scare sometime!
2000 - After travelling in and out of the Americas, Sergio Ortega flies for the first time across the Atlantic, on his way to Düsseldorf, Germany. He also flies for the first time on a charter airline, Air Transat. Once again, a flight story rich in details!
2003 - An ultimate dream comes true for Sergio Ortega: to study abroad! A trans-Atlantic open-jaw, from Montreal to Frankfurt, with a return trip from Lyons, both on Air Transat. And in between, a short hop from Cologne to Berlin on a German discount airline.
