At the time this commercial was published, this airline's country was actually a British territory, and it stayed that way until July 1, 1997. Among the other clues were the destinations mentioned as well as the fleet of TriStars. This already eliminates many major airlines. Finally, the Swire Group is a dead giveaway. Their name has been featured on the Cathay Pacific fleet for so many years this author cannot find out when exactly it started!
